Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm a creative artist and body activist. I've traveled the globe as a performer, writer, director, model, producer, and educator.
I got my start in musical theatre, so I understand the benefits of throwing glitter at the audience. But I also think that if we're going to throw glitter, the audience should never look at glitter the same way again, you know?
I've recently wrapped up my career in creative directing for men's fashion and lifestyle brands in NYC, and moved to London. I'm currently pursuing my MFA in Advanced Theatre Practice, and will be graduating from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2021.
When I'm not on a stage or behind the table, you can find me watching Doctor Who or eating vegan chocolate.

Sarah is currently leading workshops on the subject of
Body Neutrality in a Theatrical Context.
Body Neutrality is a social and political movement which promotes the idea that bodies are not something to shame or idolize.
By applying these principles to theatre practice I aim to update the traditional 'neutral body', and gain a greater awareness of how bodies are respected and discussed in every aspect of theatre performance.
If you would like to participate in a free workshop, or organize for Sarah to run a workshop for your theatre group in 2021, please reach out.
WORKS IN PROGRESS
Sarah continues to work on her new show LEGS, a post-pop body activism piece about a little mermaid who fell in love but died instead. And all she wanted was a pair of LEGS.
Upcoming performances will be announced soon!
